Internship (Human Resources): Campus Recruitment

You will be a part of a large international team responsible for Talent Acquisition for Danone in the Netherlands, and within this you will be part of the smaller team of 5, Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding team. Your focus will be on the recruitment and engagement of interns where you will have a lot of ownership and responsibility.
So, what will your main responsibilities be?- Managing multiple intern recruitment processes from beginning to end (job intake with the hiring manager, writing engaging & appealing job ads, screening CV’s and managing the communication between candidates and future line managers);
- Being the main contact person for the newly hired interns (providing them with guidance, onboarding information etc.);
- Co-own with the other campus recruitment intern the Intern Engagement Calendar, managing monthly community building activities (such as lunches and workshops) and creating new concepts to help interns get to know each other and Danone;
- Promote Danone at universities by connecting with relevant course leaders to advertise roles and attending/hosting relevant events to meet with students;
- Contribute to different employer branding initiatives, like creating content, making vacancy video’s and the use of social media;
On top of this, you will have the chance to get involved in different projects in recruitment, intern engagement and employer branding according to your development needs and passion and a chance to connect with other HR departments.
As a Campus Recruitment intern, being highly motivated and proactive will be second nature to you. You can structure and organize your schedule in order to manage many different projects and vacancies at the same time. On top of that? You're a person who loves to take on new challenges and always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.
There are also some compulsory requirements:
- Enrolled as a Bachelor's/Master's student in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Ideally available to start in December 2024 / January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English - spoken and written; Dutch is a big plus;
- You are able to work from Rijswijk, Hoofddorp, and Utrecht at least once a week (one location per week);
- Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will get the chance to manage your intern recruitment scope independently. You’ll be supported from beginning to end by Renske van der Loo (Employer Branding Manager & Campus Lead) and Eugenia Bouzas (Campus Talent Manager), and will have the chance to work alongside professionals in the field.Together, we’ll build a healthier world.
We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
- Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
