The role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our products. You’ll work closely with growth, sales, customer success, and product teams to gather and analyse customer insights that inform GoodHabitz's product and marketing strategies.You will lead go-to-market efforts for our suite of products and create and execute product launches and campaigns to drive business growth (attract, convert, retain).
This role requires a proactive and adaptable leader who understands the customer journey, market trends, and learning content. You will develop compelling positioning and messaging, drive internal and external communication for product launches, and enable our teams with the right sales materials.
Key responsibilities- Conduct market, user, and consumer research to identify product marketing trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Develop insights on consumers, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Define a clear vision for product marketing strategy.
- Develop strong product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
- Continuously optimise messaging, campaigns, and enablement efforts based on insights, ensuring consistent product narratives across all channels.
- Design go-to-market strategies and execute product launches, including the creation of collateral.
- Enable our teams and customers with the right materials.
- Measure the success of launches and campaigns through KPIs and data analysis.
- Align internal teams by collaborating with studios, product, and tech teams, providing strategic direction to marketing.
- Lead product marketing enablement for sales and customer success teams.
Requirements
What we’re looking for- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally in EdTech or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and GTM execution.
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, learning content, and sales enablement.
- Ability to translate complex product features into compelling value propositions.
- Excellent program management skills – able to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams.
- Outstanding storytelling, messaging, writing, and communication skills (fluent English).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimise marketing performance.
- Self-starter with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
