We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Poeldijk, Netherlands, on a 9-month fixed-term contract or interim basis.
This is a brand-new position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in building our European Talent Acquisition function. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across our Central Europe region (Germany & the Netherlands), partnering closely with hiring managers and contributing to employer branding and strategic recruitment projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, representing Westfalia Fruit’s values.
- Using market insights to provide hiring teams with relevant talent data and trends.
- Driving diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
- Supporting employer branding through engaging job postings and social media campaigns.
- Acting as a specialist in recruitment for Central Europe, providing insights on salary trends and market conditions.
Requirements
Essential- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build talent pools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
- Experience recruiting within high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment data analysis.
- Fluency in German would be highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of European recruitment markets.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
