As our HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right positions at the right time. You’ll provide strategic advice on HR policies and oversee daily personnel management to create a thriving and efficient workplace.

From recruitment to employee development and everything in between, you’ll be at the heart of our HR function.

Your day-to-day
  • Lead and coordinate the recruitment process to ensure optimal staffing based on business needs.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding, development, and offboarding of employees.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on the implementation and execution of HR policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as payroll administrators,

occupational health services, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

About you
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HRM.
  • A “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, ideally within a sales or marketing organization.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
  • Availability for at least 32 hours per week.
