Functie

• Develop and execute a 3-5 year financial plan, securing long-term financing aligned with company goals;
• Manage General Ledgers for all subsidiaries, ensuring accurate financial transactions and compliance;
• Enhance financial performance reporting, including profitability analysis and stakeholder reports;
• Oversee internal controls and risk management using the COSO Internal Control Framework;
• Manage IT, legal, and administrative functions to support business operations;
• Lead and inspire a team, fostering ownership, growth, and achievement of company objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related field;
• Over 10 years of relevant functional experience in finance and general management;
• Over 10 years of managerial experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills;
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law and regulations;
• Fluent in Dutch, both verbal and written;
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written;

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth and innovation;
• Proven coaching skills with a focus on team development and empowerment.
