Accountabilities:

• Delivering projects on budget on time
• Ensuring projects are managed efficiently and accurately and are reportable in real time
• Ensuring projects are fully compliant with relevant legislation
• Understanding viability of projects and the impact on the wider business
• Identifying, managing and mitigating risks
• Managing stakeholders across the business
• Briefing and overseeing the internal production site in Poland, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Outsourcing prototypes and production when the internal site is busy.
• Driving environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into day to day operations

• Technical knowledge and expertise.
• Experience in project managing the production of permanent POS displays from the engineering/design stage.
• Ability to interpret and scrutinize engineering drawings.
• Experience in managing digital and interactive displays would be an advantage.
• Experience monitoring and controlling budgets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to report progress on projects.
• A can-do attitude, proactive and an innovative mindset.
• The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure.
• Outsourcing prototypes and production when the internal site is busy.
• Managing internal stakeholders.
• Diplomacy and tact.
• Commercial awareness.
