As part of the Jordan Digital Marketing Team in EMEA you will work on bringing our most exciting stories and marketing campaigns to life across our digital channels. You will develop, support and drive timely and effective delivery of seasonal Digital Marketing plans, ensuring relevant stories & product innovations are at the forefront of planning and execution across all channels.
What are you going to do?
If this is you, you’ll be working with the Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Commerce and Content Operations teams, performing a critical supporting role working across our seasonal offense. You will hone in on your curiosity and creativity to bring to life big ideas and develop best in class digital plans and executions across our owned digital platforms.You will be obsessing the details of the end-to-end digital journey, leveraging consumer and channel insights to create the best expression of the Jordan brand on the digital ecosystem.
A typical day/week looks like working both independently and in cross-functional teams, supporting the development of seasonal Consumer x Field of Play plans. You will attend meetings with partners from different Marketing and business functions, and provide visibility to the seasonal digital marketing plans to ensure cross-functional and cross-FOPs alignement at all times.
You will support the seasonal programming across our digital platforms to amplify Jordan Brand and create lasting consumer connections. You will support the definition of each campaign digital run of show, and independently manage timelines and deliverables from the creative brief through to the execution, including continued optimization through the analysis and evaluation of previous activations’ performance, to ensure we continuously innovate and unlock new opportunities.
You will lead the seasonal upstream alignement and coordination between Jordan marketing, platform and Nike teams to plan the seasonal digital journeys across platforms while being the guardian of digital operation timelines in-season to ensure smooth delivery of all digital marketing executions.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing – digital experience is essential, with brand or retail marketing as a bonus.
- Experience building and bringing marketing plans and/or digital consumer journeys to life
- Proven project management and organizational skills, you are not afraid of day-to-day operational tasks.
- Experience and interest in working with data. You are comfortable both manipulating data and drawing insights to define strategies & opportunities in your day to day
- The ideal candidate has familiarity working with key tools such as Keynote, AirTable, Figma and Adobe Analytics.
