We’re a dynamic, €25M Saa S + Professional Services business based in Amsterdam, seeking a dedicated Revenue Operations Manager to support our Revenue Operations Director and join our established (but small) Rev Ops function. This team has wide-ranging responsibilities and directly supports the sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
In this role, you’ll report to the Revenue Operations Director and work closely with Sales Directors, the CMO, CFO, CEO, COO, and other senior leaders.
This is a fantastic growth opportunity: you’ll gain direct access to senior stakeholders, have a seat at the table for strategic discussions, and develop rapidly in a role that is pivotal to laying a strong operational foundation for our customer-facing teams.The business’s processes and core tech stack (CRM, analytics, reporting) are in development stages, so the ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical knowledge, and a hands-on approach to help us refine and strengthen our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Development: Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable sales processes to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Sales Enablement Development & Delivery: Support in creating, delivering, and refining enablement tools and programs that empower sales teams to perform at their best.
- CRM Administration and Forward-Development: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring efficient administration, data hygiene, and strategic enhancements that support sales and marketing objectives.
- Revenue & Pipeline Analytics Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on revenue and pipeline performance to drive informed decision-making.
- Influence Marketing and Sales Alignment: Work with cross-functional leaders to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales efforts, improving lead quality and conversion.
- Marketing KPI Reporting: Prepare and interpret key marketing metrics, delivering actionable insights that influence strategy.
- Marketing Campaign Development: Partner with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and assess marketing campaigns that fuel the sales pipeline.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations and 3-5 years in revenue-adjacent roles (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success).
- Experience with Hub Spot for marketing and CRM solutions is essential; Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success working with teams of similar size and stage—supporting approximately 12 sales reps and 15 marketing reps in the B2B software/tech or professional services space.
- Strong background in sales process development, sales enablement, and CRM management.
- Analytical expertise with proficiency in reporting, interpreting data, and delivering insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
