1. Leading VPP and power market insights: Leading VPP and power market insights; Insight into the opportunities for energy storage to participate in the power market, policy changes and customer needs in the distributed scenario; Responsible for the target country's power grid policy, power market rules, business models and technical requirements insight, provide insight reports; Lead VPP customer and ecological partner benchmarking, participate in industry summit forums, become an expert in customer scenario consulting, and lead the development direction of the industry;
2. Define the evolution direction of three generations of products and solutions: define the roadmap of three generations of VPP solutions, interlock with research and development technology planning, lay out power electronics and digital root technology in advance to ensure that the competitiveness continues to lead; Release roadmap to the market in stages;
3. define product competitiveness: build a VPP solution leading platform to ensure that the technology continues to lead; Participate in business model design, define the dimensions to lead the industry, and ensure the achievement of business objectives.
4. Assist Huawei in standard layout and guidance in related fields.

Key experience requirements:

1. energy-related product research and development experience: with energy-related product research and development experience, master the power electronics knowledge of related products;
2. Deep experience in power grid: deep understanding of European power market, market policy and distribution network;
3. VPP industry experience: in-depth understanding of distributed energy storage industry, familiar with industrial policies, aggregators and business models
