About the vacancy (32 - 40 hours):The HR Advisor will provide and perform day-to-day HR duties for the benefit of the business processes of the HR department. He/she will execute supporting activities in various HR areas within established guidelines, procedures and laws, being the advisor and business partner for managers and employees in all HR related issues.
Main focus will be on corporate and IT departments in our organization.
What will you do?- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, issues, policies, processes etc. for New Cold corporate departments and the Global IT Organization
- Ensure the business receives a high level of service and guidance consistently, so HR has the reputation of acting as a partner
- Coach and develop managers in their role as people leader, give guidance on key activities & processes within the yearly HR cycle
- Collect, process and manage local personnel data, using reporting tools and solutions to help people leaders manage their teams
- Ensure accurate and concise records during all phases of the employee journey (recruitment, performance management, learning & development, salary reviews etc.) in our HR systems (Cornerstone and e Loomi)
- Collect, validate and provide salary mutations to the payroll provider in order to have a timely and correct monthly local payroll
- Ensure a proper HR Governance, contribute to the review of existing HR policies, procedures and processes, work on continuous optimization, update Guidelines and Policies according to local labor laws and in line with the global New Cold policies
- Support the Global HR department in various local and international HR projects, being responsible for the local roll-out including implementation as well as communication of changes or kick-offs
- Make sure that local HR activities are compliant to the global HR strategy and make amendments where needed due to local legislation
- Be the driver of the yearly Performance Management Process for all employees in the Netherlands and acting as the interface to our Global L&D department in terms of training and development needs
Who are we looking for?
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or business administration
- 3-5 years experience in a comparable HR role, such as HR Generalist, HR Officer etc.
- ideally 3-5 years experience with HR Management of IT departments or within the IT industry
- Professional communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a must
- Good knowledge of local / country HR legislation
