Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing effective solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
- Educate clients about available services and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for consistent service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new living experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
