The team is based in the Netherlands at the Nike EMEA Brand Creative Studio.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a member of the Retail 365 Storytelling team you will work closely with Nike Brand Creative teams across Store Design, Layout and Planning to deliver distinctive storytelling and design consistency across all consumer touchpoints.Partnering with the Retail Production team to ensure creative is delivered on time, budget and at the premium level of quality expected at Nike. You will liaise cross-functionally within the brand to deliver crafted, engaging and innovative retail experiences for our consumers.

To be considered for the role, the candidate will be encouraged to clearly and eloquently demonstrate experience of the below requirements. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the proficiencies also outlined below.
- Minimum 3+ years experience working within the field of graphic or retail design within a brand or agency studio environment.
- A passion for the Athlete*, Sport and Culture.
- A portfolio of creative work exhibiting a background in retail environmental graphic design; including comprehensive knowledge and expertise in graphic design, architecture, materiality, innovation and technology, consumer journeys and wayfinding, motion design and illustration.
- Proven exceptional ability to apply design skills with great attention to detail and a problem solving mindset — including visualization, storytelling, graphic design, communication hierarchy, color theory, use of texture/materials, and artwork creation/execution.
- Demonstrated ability to apply these skills in innovative ways that elevate brand excellence and push new creative ways of thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant computer design and presentation software.
- Demonstrate interest in consumer behavior, awareness of the current retail landscape with a passionate curiosity for how people will engage with retail environments of the future.
- Ability to both collaborate with internal and external design talent, and to work independently to deliver on individual responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills (in English); adept at presenting and defending creative work to all levels of the business and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with natural ability to cultivate cross-functional teamwork and an open, positive and collaborative environment.
- Strong time management with ability to toggle between quick and long-term tasks whilst maintaining creative focus and delivery quality.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As an Exceptional team player you will play a meaningful role in how we develop, elevate and advance Nike retail - collaborating in the concepting and development of innovative, original Nike storytelling retail environments across 2D, 3D and digital touchpoints to reflect Nike's design ethos, drive business opportunities and enhance consumers’ retail experiences.
- You will work on extensions of Global Creative Concepts or EMEA originated Creative Concepts.
- You will work and contribute to multiple workstreams on a daily basis and have the ability to jump across many varied projects while maintaining great communication across all of them.
- You will be working and gaining experience across many projects and objectives, supporting your concept and project teams to deliver the best consumer retail experiences. You will need to communicate design concepts and work with more senior members of your team to evaluate your own creative process.
- You will be required to deliver solutions at every stage of the creative process. Executional excellence, attention to detail and the knowledge to drive this forward is a must.
- Strive under pressure to be positively and emotionally engaged. You need to be proficient in matrix navigation and negotiating multiple stakeholders. You can leverage strategic thinking at a broad level while simultaneously obsessing the details at an execution level.
- Contribute to the craft and design of the creative direction whilst maintaining excellence, ambition, and team spirit.
- Ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively exceptional and delivered on-time.
- Review project work for highest standards of quality, consistency and success.
- Ability to travel 30% within Europe.
