Site Manager Civil Engineer

• Pre-Construction Management: Creating project schedules, assessing requirements, reviewing contracts, and selecting subcontractors.
• Construction Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, managing site logistics, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Post Construction Management: Handling warranty work, closing accounts, addressing deficiencies, and demobilizing the site.
• Responsible for all activities on site
• Oversee the management of the installation process
• Responsible for the delivery of all aspect of the plan locally
• Build product according to plan
• Daily plan vs actual review
• Manage schedule with supplier in line with plan
• Problem solving
• Responsible for the Health & Safety plan on site
• Daily site walks
• Daily toolbox Talks
• Execute the environmental plan
• Customer Liaison
• Assist in the management of the installation process, experience working with sub-contractors and the procurement of requisite solution items.

• A minimum 10 years of relevant experience working in a similar role within the construction industry
• Experience working with sub-contractors
• Mechanical or Civil Engineering qualification
• Fully familiar of all European Health & Safety Regulations
• Competent in Excel and Project Management IT Tools

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Groningen: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
