Job description:
We are seeking a results-driven SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with experience in designing and implementing comprehensive and complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global HCM transformation projects that meet our clients' business needs across multiple industries to be part of our SAP HXM Intelligent Platform Team that operates market wide across EMEA.To ensure success as an SAP leader, you should have extensive knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors suite (latest & greatest), System Integrations and Data Migration processes and all SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ecosystem solutions including service delivery providers (“Cloud” and/or “On Premise”).
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful sale and delivery of projects that will lead to client successes.
The successful candidate will be seen as a thought leader in this space to drive conversation with client’s decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, RFPs and targeted observations
- Leading workshops in collaboration with clients Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements
- Deriving clients’ support solutioning requirements
- Designing, architecting and documenting the solution including system integration with SAP and its Ecosystem and data migration that align with clients' strategic goals
- Overseeing the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Ecosystem solutions and ensuring smooth system integration
- QA the development configuration of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Ecosystem solutions
- Creation, maintenance and publishing of PoV’s and Thought Leadership pieces focused on Solution Architecture
- Keeping abreast of the latest SAP and SAP Ecosystem features and best practices
