Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will join a team of four focusing on the Benelux market and aligned with regional strategies. In an international working environment where English is the working language, you will take care of the communication messages for the Benelux market.You are, therefore, fluent in Dutch so writing texts, emails and messages is in good hands.
As part of the European marketing team, you will work directly with the local team in the Netherlands (in the same office), the product development department, management and your international colleagues to promote our message worldwide. Daily, you will work on all activities that contribute to lead generation for the Benelux sales team—organizing events/tradeshows/webinars, developing email campaigns, analyzing the results of your activities and campaigns, and maintaining the website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate campaigns, leads, drive awareness and analyze results of your marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain library of company’s digital assets, such as logos, graphics, and other marketing documents
- Coordinate logistics of SPS tradeshows and event for the Benelux region
- Organize marketing collateral materials and tradeshow giveaways
- Develop campaigns and programs to generate leads for the Benelux region
- Execute and help develop the marketing plan for the region in 2025, and beyond.
- Create marketing materials based on SPS branding and templates
- Create, analyze and update content for the SPS blog and social media sites
- Develop engaging web content that is customer-first oriented that helps prospects and customers recognize their business challenges and how we solve that
- Use marketing systems and programs such as Salesforce.com, Pardot, 6Sense, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in our Breukelen office.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires 2+ years of related experience in B2B marketing
- The ability to speak and write fluently in the Dutch language is required.
- The ability to speak and write English fluently is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
- Nice to have experience with ABM marketing to help define, roll out and implement the ABM strategy for Europe.
You will work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office at least once a week. You may come in more frequently as you get up to speed.
