YOUR ROLE
As a Systems Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will work on high-impact projects across multiple domains, such as defense, energy, and infrastructure. Your role involves:
- Developing system architectures that ensure seamless integration of components in complex environments.
- Automating engineering processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate innovation in key industries.
- Defining functional and technical requirements for large-scale infrastructure projects, such as tunnel ventilation systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions that meet both business needs and user expectations.
- Challenging projects that make a direct impact on major industries

YOUR PROFILE
You are a structured problem solver who can communicate complex methodologies in a clear and engaging way. You bring:
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology field.
- Experience with systems engineering methodologies, such as requirements management and model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
- Strong analytical and communication skills to align stakeholders and drive innovation.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- A permanent contract and a salary aligned with your experience level.
- 26 vacation days, with the option to buy additional leave.
