What You’ll Do
✔ Keep the Flow Running: Receive, organize, and store products efficiently, ensuring every item is in its designated location.✔ Maintain Accurate Records: Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system, keeping inventory up to date.
✔ Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations and stock control.
✔ Ensure Smooth Deliveries: Identify and report potential delivery issues—such as pending tariff payments or missing documentation—to the Purchasing department.
✔ Prioritize Safety & Efficiency: Implement and uphold workplace health and safety practices, keeping the warehouse organized and compliant.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
Must-Have:
✔ Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach.✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
✔ Experience using ERP systems for warehouse management.
✔ Fluent in English and Spanish—you’ll be working with international teams.
Nice-to-Have:
➕ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) warehouse modules.➕ Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role.
