Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone and other channels
- Assist customers with product inquiries and service-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
- Contribute to achieving team goals and initiatives
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
