Member Relations Internship
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic intern to join our Member Relations team. This internship offers a 6-month term, with the possibility of extending it for an additional 3 months, and provides long-term opportunities for personal development and career advancement.
This internship presents an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in a mission-driven organization at the forefront of sustainability in the real assets sector. As part of the Member Relations team, GRESB’s account management division, you will be responsible for engaging current GRESB members and providing them with the best GRESB products and services. Your main responsibilities within the Member Relations team will be:
- Customer Engagement: Support the team by attending client meetings, assisting with events, and conducting outreach to our member base.
- Customer Analysis: Utilize external sources and GRESB’s CRM system (Salesforce) to conduct customer analysis.
- Quantitative Analysis: Track participation numbers, analyze the results of our annual customer survey, and present findings to the wider team.
- Market Research: Investigate developments in sustainable investment in real assets to identify global trends and opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Assist with the onboarding of new clients, billing, and other administrative tasks.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure customers’ perspectives are included in product development, new services and user experience updates.
The ideal candidate will be available for an internship for 40 hours per week from April 1 through October 1, 2025 at our Amsterdam office. Note that there is some flexibility in the start/end date for the right candidates.

Requirements- Currently studying or have completed a degree in a relevant field such as real estate, infrastructure, business, economics, finance, geography, environmental science, or sustainability
- Strong interest in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues and sustainability
- Ability to conduct research and analysis, and present findings clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in MS Office, with confidence in data analysis using tools like Excel and Tableau (coding experience is a plus but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus but not required
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated to grow and acquire new skills
- Team player eager to learn from colleagues and who thrives in an international environment
- Client-focused mindset with a desire to provide the best possible outcomes for GRESB Members
