Our client is a company in the Health and Safety industry (Medical Devices) in Nijmegen.

Functie

In this role as Site Manager a.i. you will lead all aspects of distribution center operations, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing financials, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Managing and developing a high-performing team, fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Implementing and managing operational strategies to meet business objectives.

Profiel

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Leadership & Management: Proven experience leading, managing, and motivating high-performing operations teams.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of WMS and TMS and warehouse design principles. Experience with Oracle systems is a plus.
• Global Perspective: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global environment and collaborate across diverse cultures.
• Prioritization & Execution: Proven ability to successfully manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Start date: ASAP
• 12 months contract
• Full time (40h per week)
