ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a key member of the European leadership team, you will work with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop sales-driven strategies and growth initiatives specifically for the Netherlands, while aligning with the company's overall goals for Mainland Europe.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute growth-focused sales plans for the Netherlands, aimed at increasing market penetration and revenue generation by:
- Establishing an aggressive lead-nurturing process and effective corporate sales pipeline management to drive sales conversions.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing to enhance the go-to-market strategy, ensuring that growth campaigns are tailored to the Netherlands market.
- Identifying high-potential customer segments within the Netherlands and executing targeted sales strategies to unlock new business opportunities.
- Engaging with and retaining key customers, focusing on expanding revenue from existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maximizing revenue potential from both new and existing partners by building robust sales frameworks.
- Understanding customer needs and working with growth teams to ensure offerings are competitive and aligned with market demands.
- Proactively identifying and managing sales risks and growth opportunities, ensuring agile adjustments to plans as needed.
- Champion a culture of cross-functional engagement to ensure that sales, marketing, product, and technology teams collaborate effectively to support sales growth across the Netherlands.
- Work closely with regional Sales Directors and the broader business to ensure alignment and consistency in sales strategies across Europe, particularly in high-growth markets like the Netherlands.
- Contribute to the company's overall sales growth strategy, with a particular focus on achieving sales goals and revenue targets for the Netherlands over the 3-year plan.
Revenue Planning & Delivery:
- Participate in the annual budgeting process with a focus on setting aggressive revenue goals for the Netherlands, both from new customer acquisitions and deepening relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly review and analyze performance against sales targets, identifying areas for growth and immediately implementing action plans to address any underperformance or capitalize on overperformance.
Ensure revenue targets for The Netherlands are met by:
- Leading the corporate sales efforts in the Netherlands and establishing the foundation for a scalable sales team across the region.
- Building and developing a high-performing sales team in the Netherlands, with a focus on customer acquisition, market penetration, and long-term growth.
- Driving the execution of all sales and growth initiatives for the Netherlands, ensuring they are on time and deliver measurable revenue increases.
- Establishing clear sales funnels, nurturing pipelines, and leveraging CRM tools to track and optimize sales performance.
- Proactively communicating progress on revenue growth, risks, and opportunities both within the Netherlands team and to the European leadership.
- Continuously explore and assess new revenue streams, product opportunities, and strategic partnerships that can increase overall sales performance in the Netherlands.
Leadership:
- Use your sales leadership expertise to create a dynamic and high-performing sales organization focused on aggressive growth in the Netherlands.
- Build a sales culture that is driven by results, customer-centricity, and an entrepreneurial mindset, motivating the team to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Identify and develop sales talent within the Netherlands, ensuring team members have the tools, coaching, and support they need to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Establish clear and aggressive KPIs for the sales team that are aligned with revenue growth and customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to track individual and team contributions to revenue, ensuring the team stays aligned with overall growth objectives.
- Oversee the sales budget, prioritizing investments that will drive the greatest sales growth and return on investment, including technology, training, and marketing support.
- Foster a strong sales-oriented culture by celebrating successes, learning from challenges, and continually striving for growth, ensuring the team stays motivated and focused on exceeding targets.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience leading and executing successful corporate sales within a multi-product / services organization:
- You have delivered growth in a corporate sales environment
- You have built & delivered a client pipeline to grow revenue yourself
- You build teams that are innovative, customer focused and high performing.
Leadership with experience hiring, growing and managing a team:
- Hiring the right talent and people to build high-performing teams
- Known for exceptional leadership, leading by example and empowering teams
- With a realistic picture of team capabilities, able to make tough calls when required
- You understand team structure and have logical rationale around structure choices (driven in resource allocation)
Cross-functional relationships:
- You quickly break down roadblocks and resolve obstacles, encouraging teamwork
- Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges and seek to maintain relationships and alignment
