Functie- Grow the business across designated accounts and ownership of both top and bottom-line results, driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability
- Build customer relationships by understanding their needs and using a consultative selling approach
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities by combining a strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to identify and maximise growth opportunities
- Collaborate with different teams and work with the technical Flavour Creation & Application and Marketing teams to ensure successful project execution
- 7+ years of Account Management/ commercial experience in the B2B food industry in flavours and/or specialised food ingredients
- Experience with multinational account management
- Consultative selling experience with a proven track record in addressing customer needs with a solution-oriented approach and building long term relationships
- Demonstrable desire to achieve results with the ability to turn challenges and setbacks into opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate persuasively, and establish partnerships with diverse partners
- Strategic business and commercial insight with understanding of the industry landscape
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, with knowledge of the Dutch language considered an advantage
