Distribution Manager - 6 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements in distribution practices.
• Prepare weekly reports on distribution activities and key performance indicators.
• Lead and mentor staff within the distribution department to ensure seamless operation.
• Address and resolve any distribution-related challenges in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and introduce innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a distribution or logistics management role.
• Proficient in using distribution management software and systems.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience leading and developing teams is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects on a tight schedule.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as needed.
• Availability to start immediately and commit for the full duration of the contract.
