The Account & Recruitment Manager – The Netherlands is a key role within the organisation to support the business development of Outsourced Technical Services (OTS), our project staffing department, in PM Group Benelux.
  • The selected candidate will work with the European OTS Team to hire the best talent into the organization, developing a pipeline of potential candidates for future business growth and acting as first point of contact for our new and strategic clients.

The primary function will be to support the full range of recruitment, OTS Sales and Business Development activities in The Netherlands.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  • Recruitment for Outsourced Technical Services (Engineers, Project Managers, CQV Engineers, etc.) to clients across The Netherlands.
  • Working with OTS Talent Acquisition team and the discipline manager to select the best candidate during the hiring process.
  • Maintaining recruitment systems on a daily basis to ensure information are up-to-date.
  • Identify and attract talent into the business from a wide variety of on and off line sources (e.g. social networks, executive recruitment, developing networking channels etc.).
  • Support the OTS business development identifying new clients, managing / negotiating existing contracts and acting as first point of contact for OTS clients.
  • Conducting on site visits/meetings with both PM personnel and clients to develop business and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Key objective in the first three months is to develop an OTS business plan and support the current business.
  • - Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Reliable in all you do.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the project staffing market in The Netherlands.
