Then you have come to the right spot! We are recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager Doritos in our Northern Europe Marketing Insights and Commercialization (MIC) Team.
The Senior Brand Manager Doritos BNL is a key contributor in the development and execution owner of the Doritos brand and Multibrand Flamin’ Hot platform marketing plans for BNL markets working in close collaboration with colleagues from Sales, Category Management, Shopper marketing, Finance, Logistics, Commercialization as well as our European and Global Marketing Teams.
As we have ambitious growth targets for the brand in the coming years across all markets. Our ambition for Doritos is to double the brand by 2028 via a Bold Brand Restage (launched in Q4 2023), with a new & purposeful brand positioning fit for future generations, and with absolute product superiority in the category.You will be responsible for the full Doritos brand and marketing campaigns, leading & owning the perfect execution of key marketing initiatives such as the roll-out of NPDs, communication plans (incl TV, online video, social media, etc). You will evaluate performance against aligned KPIs (i.e. penetration, Frequency, volume growth, SOM etc.) and make recommendations to course correct where needed.
Through market analyses (trackers, competitive analysis, consumer insights, etc) he/she is fully aware of what is going on in the category and is able to translate these into concrete plans and actions and will report into the Senior Marketing Manager Doritos Northern Europe.
Preferred location Utrecht, Netherlands or Zaventem, Belgium.
Responsibilities:
You will Support Marketing Manager Doritos NE in;- Developing Marketing Strategies and Plans in close collaboration with the Sector Category team and lead/own the execution for BNL
- Executing (local) brand growth strategy and owning the execution
- Lead relevant local projects through the steps/gates process (Accolade) via alignment with Commercialisation / legal /regulatory / packaging / R&D / finance / marketing agencies
- Responsible for ensuring all initiatives are in time and right quality
- Act as first point of contact for the Market Unit (MU), representing the Doritos brand team in the market where you will be located
- Work closely with our Krakow Capability Centre team
- Preparation of BNL Product Management Review (PMR) and Business Unit Leadership Team brand reviews
- Network with Europe Sector Category team and countries and look for synergies and lift & shift opportunities of best practises: NPDs and Communication/Activation
Qualifications:
Key Skills/Experience Required- University Degree
- Minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in a marketing/commercial position within the FMCG industry
- Solid understanding of category management concepts and principles
- Good understanding of the customer, category, and the shopper landscape in all markets
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, knowing how to navigate in a matrix organisation
