Global Product Owner- CRM Sales
As a Global CRM Sales Product Owner at DLL, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of digital solutions, which enhance our partner and customer experiences. In partnership with the Commercial Effectiveness & Transformation team, you will help create a vision for continued expansion and adoption of Salesforce at DLL.You will be responsible for working with partners and stakeholders across all regions to understand the global & regional business strategy. In partnership with digital transformation, architecture and development teams, you will design & deliver solutions that drive value in 5 key areas; customer 360, efficiency, commercial effectiveness, customer experience and risk reduction.
You will be expected to understand the product’s users, the marketplace, internal DLL process, and make strategic decisions that will position DLL for success in our digital transformation initiatives. You will be an integral member of an exciting team where digital solutions are transforming the way in which DLL does business.The position requires a self-driven individual with excellent relationship management, and communications skills (verbal and written), the ability to work well under pressure, curiosity, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Day to Day- Deliver towards the product vision by establishing epics that align with strategy, defining feature requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring relevant teams clearly understand what is being delivered, and why.
- Establish & grow working relationships with strategic senior global stakeholders
- Collaborate with multiple business units across multiple countries to introduce & grow enhanced ways of working through CRM. Identify needs, dependencies, mitigate roadblocks, and ensure the timely release of features.
- Manage and update the roadmap to set expectations for stakeholders on the delivery of new features. Make sure stakeholders are regularly updated on the status of development, roadblocks, milestones, and releases.
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
- Participate in team Simplify@Scale / Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint planning, and heartbeat meetings.
- Work closely with the development team, providing clarifications, resolving questions, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of product increments.
- Continuously monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and generate insights to drive data-informed product enhancements and optimizations.
- Work with Architecture/Tech Lead to refine features and user stories (PBIs-Product Backlog), and design solutions that deliver value to the customer.
- Review/Demos – provide feedback early and often to the team around development of features.
- Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Sales & CRM solutions
- Excellent team player with proven ability to influence.
- Highly adaptable to a changing environment.
- Able to give and receive open, honest feedback and to foster an environment of curiosity.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication written and verbal, experience in working with other cultures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
- Previous experience working in a CRM environment.
- Understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience working in the Financing Industry is a plus.
- Commercial process knowledge strongly preferred.
