YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
As a Customer Succes Specialist, you are responsible for onboarding and implementing new customers onto the PAREX platform following the Customer Success model of engagement with our international customers. You will also focus on existing customers, ensuring they get the best possible ROI for their investment.The role demands a mix of commercial and technical abilities, and strong language skills in Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French or German.
Here’s how you will contribute to our mission:
- Independently implement PAREX customers within designated territory and assist in the use of the application to the end user
- Installation of interfaces between PAREX products and Dealer Management Systems
- Provide support to our users, both Internal and External
- Creating journeys for new & existing customers, ensuring maximum usage of the system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide communications to your customers
- Reporting the progress of the alleged customer activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the team leader Service & Support
- Achieve maximum usage of our applications in your designated region/market based on the total number of active users
- Provide monthly analysis and reporting on the designated territory
- The achievement of the set KPIs where applicable.
- Position for 32 to 40 hours a week.

- A completed education (MBO +).
- An excellent command of Italian, Spanish, French, German and/or Dutch language is necessary, in addition to writing and speaking English.
- You are customer-focused and results-oriented.
- You handle stress well and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- You are proficient with computers and comfortable using various systems.
- Experience with data exchange between various systems
- You are able to work independently
- Permission to live and work in The Netherlands (a valid Dutch work and residence permit)
