Your mission
- Handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
- Providing technical and non-technical support services
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions in the CRM / Ticket system
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Experience in customer service or technical support
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. It is a plus if you are fluent in French.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
