On an average day, you will...- Manage the inbound lead generation team, focusing on digital advertising, content marketing, email, social media, and event marketing to further grow OnLogic’s brand awareness and increase inbound leads by 30% in European focus countries, directly contributing to sales pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and localize quarterly marketing campaigns for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with EU sales objectives.
- Work closely with the partnership team to develop co-marketing activities and secure market development funds.
- Project manage the implementation of product marketing plans, coordinating with the design and ecommerce teams.
- Partner with the eComm leader to optimize European website experience for conversion, brand consistency, and customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates, working with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
- Analyze and report on product marketing campaign performance, using data to inform strategy and optimize results.
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to manage lead generation metrics and budget allocation.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the team.
- Continuously build and develop the European marketing team to meet projected growth demands.

We are a multi-talented, omnichannel marketing and ecommerce team consisting of digital marketers, writers, designers, communications experts and planners and endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial and Edge Computing.You’ll find us developing marketing campaigns, creating design-driven experiences for our audience, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. Requirements- Proven experience in international environments with a strong understanding of localized inbound marketing, B2B marketing, and ecommerce models.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong ability to create detailed marketing campaign briefs with clear success metrics, target audience, and content plans.
- Proven track record of defining and achieving key performance indicators for marketing projects and campaigns.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products for effective marketing.
- Fluent in Dutch and English

Benefits
The salary range for this role is € 5.000,- to € 7.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on conversations with applicants and their experience in similar roles. Besides a base salary we will offer you a comprehensive Benefits package which includes:
