Functie
The company is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Analyst a.i. to join their team and support a major retailer ERP transition project. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to explore business needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.As a dedicated project member, you'll play a key part in aligning their digital offerings with market-specific demands, creating a shared understanding of business value across global regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent the company's digital offer at the requirement/epic level.
- Explore, clarify, and define business needs to inform actionable solutions.
- Foster a shared understanding of the business value among stakeholders.
- Translate business needs to technical requirements.
Profiel
The ideal Business Analyst a.i. will have:
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations migrations.
- A strong understanding of product-oriented development and project implementation.
- Experience in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate conceptual discussions into clear technical requirements.
- A proactive approach to creating clarity and a shared understanding among teams.
- Demonstrated ability to bring concepts to reality, with a focus on end-customer needs.
- A passion for business development and customer-centred solutions.
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 30 April 2025 (with the possibility/option of extension)
- Location: South Holland, the Netherlands
- Remote/off-site possible
