Functie
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be assigned to active and new projects within Data Center construction. You'll lead large project(s), with end-to-end responsibility for the entire project or specific subsegments. Your role involves managing all technical and organizational aspects to ensure the successful completion of a tender or project within the designated time and budget.You'll ensure quality standards are maintained, promote sustainable practices, and rigorously uphold safety requirements. You are adept at understanding various contract types, including RAW, DBFM, and D&C, and are responsible for managing risks and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met effectively.In this role, you will manage risks proactively and address any setbacks as they arise.
Regular progress meetings with clients will be part of your responsibilities to ensure alignment and project transparency. You'll also lead and supervise the team's daily activities within the project or tender, keeping operations on track. Ensuring a safe work environment as a priority.
Profiel
Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field such as Civil Engineering10+ years of experience in project management within Data Center construction
Strong internal stakeholder management skills, results-driven, and energetic
Proficient command of the English language, Dutch proficiency a strong plus
Residing in the Randstad area
