Overview:
Based in Amsterdam, the Original Content Product team is responsible for developing and maintaining Blackhawk’s own multichoice gift card range to drive incremental revenue and bring growth opportunities to the gift card category.
The successful candidate will lead the OC Product team in BeNeFra region and needs to have experience in leading and developing a high performing team and bring their expertise, fresh perspectives to the role and develop a best-in-class high performance team.
They will also work extremely closely with our Sales Teams, Consumer Marketing Team, Operations team and Technology team to support the management, development and expansion of our award winning and market leading Multichoice Gift Cards across Netherlands, Belgium and France.
We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Sr Product manager to manage the product Team based in the Netherlands who collectively manage our range of Multichoice Gift Cards across BeNeFra region.
Working closely with the VP of Product for Multichoice Gift Cards, the Sr Product Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the 1-3-5-year strategy for our products within the region. They will need to understand consumer trends, product designs, technology development and overall market trends that affect consumers to ensure our Gift Cards are developed into Gift cards for the future.
Identify product improvements, via data analysis and stakeholder review, drive product enhancements through innovation on packaging development, continuous design improvement and overall product development with the consumer always at front of mind.They will need to be driven to produce best in class products to exceed our annual Objectives and Key Results.
The successful applicant needs to be strategic, forward thinking, well organized and pro-active but also focused on achieving in year goals and objectives with enthusiasm. Your attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment will be valued.
This is a highly collaborative role with multiple teams, and we need someone who wants to get things done and make things happen quickly. You'll be involved in hands-on product management, analysing customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to develop the objectives, key results and ensuring these are aligned across multiple internal departments.You'll need to prioritise what’s mission-critical, with the business and customers as your top priority.

Responsibilities:
- Shape Product Strategy and Vision: Collaborate closely with VP of Product, the Regional lead and the wider team to help define our product strategy and vision.
- Keep Everyone Aligned: Ensure transparency and clarity in our product roadmap, maintaining alignment and accountability across the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with technology, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the product development process aligns with our overall corporate objectives
- Sales and redemption: analyze and monitor our customer journey and optimize profitability and achievement of sales targets
- Monitor and Evaluate Competitors: Ensure that Resource Guru remains ahead of the game.
- Customer Authority: Lead in understanding customer needs and gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
- Product Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on the marketing strategy to boost engagement, sales and satisfaction among new and existing customers.
- Commercial Focus: Work closely with CS and Marketing to sell and support the product, driving revenue growth and achieving top renewal and upsell rates.
Qualifications:
- Languages: Native Dutch, fluent in English.
- Experienced: You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on driving growth through product development with a focus on the customer.
