MYT Shutters is a rapidly expanding shutter manufacturer delivering high quality window shutters worldwide since 2006. We run our own factory in the South of China and Australia, and develop innovative new products on a regular basis. We are a fast growing, international team of dedicated professionals, with offices in Australia, China, The Netherlands and the UK.

The Financial Controller will oversee all Group activities: MYT Group BV (global), MYT Shutters BV (NL), MYT Shutters Australia (AU), MYT Shutters Ltd. (UK), MYT Shutters China (CN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise AO/IC (administrative organisation / internal control) processes.
• Sort out each company payment and bill back to the right company each quarter
• Set correct items and check the booking whether it is correct in Exact
• Set up stock in Exact for AU production line and monitor stock each month
• Monitor and follow up on unpaid invoices for each company
• Credit check for new customers in NL, AU and UK
• Pricing management in Exact whenever there are change for each country
• Set up new customer pricing discount level in Exact
• Set up booking base on per products, regions in Exact so we can have Amoeba report weekly
• Monthly report: Actual figures compare to Budget Per product turnover and margin
• Monitor each regions added time value per unit
• Cost control for each entity.
• NL Entities quarter tax return.
