What are you going to do?
Our Senior Retail Recruiters are the strategic business partner to both the local Field Leadership teams and local HR partners.
In addition to identifying, sourcing and hiring the best candidates for positions throughout the Nike and Converse ecosystem you are to bring innovative ideas to improve the process of retail hiring. We are looking for a self-starter, who takes action and who is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders.Nike is constantly evolving and growing, so we are in need of someone who can adapt quickly to change and handle an ambiguous environment.
As a Senior Retail Recruiter South, you’ll be responsible for hiring manager enablement and empowerment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a team of other retail territory field recruiters, you will be instrumental in bringing your expert knowledge of recruitment processes, keeping your finger on the pulse of the commercial performance of the retail business.You will spearhead projects within the Talent Solutions team, working cross functionally with a number of partners.

What do we ask?- Experience working in retail recruitment for a commercial business
- Experience setting and implementing short, medium and long term recruitment strategies.
- Experience working as a trusted advisor and business partner to Field Leadership teams and HR
- Experience with Workday as a recruiter
- Experience in competency-based interviewing
- Fluency in English and Spanish, Italian would be a bonus.
- Experience with hiring practices and policy in Spain and Italy
Preferred:
- Track record of innovative sourcing, and building talent communities within unique functional abilities.
- Strong commercial acuity within the retail space.
- Confident in working through multiple priorities, across multiple countries.
- Robust understanding of your candidate market.
