YOUR ROLE
As a Client Manager at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for developing and growing key accounts in the Life Sciences industry. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, shaping opportunities and driving long-term success for both Capgemini and the client. Your key responsibilities include:
- Positioning Capgemini Engineering at the CxO level, driving strategic and high-impact deals.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships, ensuring trust and continuous business growth.
- Shaping and leading large-scale strategic deals, creating value for both the client and Capgemini.
- Orchestrating multidisciplinary teams, providing clear direction, and fostering a winning mindset.
- Identifying new business opportunities and capitalizing on market trends in the Life Sciences sector.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a strategic and commercially driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ambitious and commercially driven environment.
- Proven experience in business development, ideally in Engineering or R&D-related services.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships at management and board level.
- Fluency in English, and preferably Dutch.
- Engaging with top-tier clients, driving high-value business transformation in the Life Sciences industry.
- A collaborative and high-performing environment, where innovation and strategy go hand in hand.
- The freedom to shape your own success, executing a strategic roadmap with full autonomy.
- A permanent contract and a salary aligned with your experience level.
