We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand revitalization efforts and customer engagement. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand positioning, product marketing, and partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive campaigns that strengthen Shapeways' leadership in digital manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Development: Lead the strategic initiatives to strengthen and expand the Shapeways brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and communications.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition and re-engagement, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content that communicates the Shapeways brand story, showcases our value proposition, and resonates with target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, using data and insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Website Optimization: Manage and improve the Shapeways website to ensure it provides an outstanding user experience, while aligning with marketing initiatives to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing roles, with a proven track record in brand management and customer engagement strategies.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Attributes: Creative, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
- Software: Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Mailchimp.
