As a Project Manager at SXM you will be responsible for the management of various projects within the company. The role of the Project Manager is crucial in ensuring effective communication and collaboration and contributing to the successful execution of the various IVD projects at SXM.
This is a part-time contract for 24 hours per week, extending over three years, with the possibility of extension.
Tasks
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project planning: Assisting in the execution and maintenance of project plans,timelines, and schedules. This involves working closely with senior scientists and
managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
and milestones.
Coordination: Facilitating communication and collaboration among team
members, stakeholders, and external partners. This may include scheduling
meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes to ensure clear
communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Documentation: Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project
documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations. Ensuring
that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant
stakeholders as needed.
Requirements- Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or HBO degree in biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in project management are preferred, but entry-level candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply, provided they are eager to learn quickly.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch is preferred.
