You will receive a salary from € 16,13 gross per hour.

Who you are
You offer customers a listening ear and enthusiastically assist everyone as a customer service worker! You are patient and approach problem-solving proactively. You actively engage with the customer and assist them where necessary.
And furthermore:
- Do you speak English or Dutch fluently;
- You start working between 08:00u - 09:30u and work till 17:00u - 18:00u.
- Are you flexible with your working hours during the quarterly closing
What will you do ...
You are the face of the organization as a customer service worker! You assist customers by answering their questions or directing them to the appropriate people. You do this by maintaining a professional demeanor and giving customers personal attention.This helps you build a strong relationship with every customer! Additionally, you are responsible for a large portion of the logistics administration and client contact.
Your day involves providing optimal service to customers. You maintain customer contact via email or phone, provide information about orders, deliveries, products, and resolve any uncertainties. You process orders and handle complaints! You are also responsible for inbound/outbound/transport administration.In short, a varied role!
