Responsibilities:

• Perform full-vehicle NVH analysis, including modal analysis, frequency response analysis, and acoustic sensitivity studies.
• Lead design concept with NVH design principal (Design guide) to make sure that we have right isolator/ dampen component to have first time right truck.
• Develop engineering concepts for Assemblies/ Sub-assemblies for proper integration in truck frame.
• Develop component/ sub system level requirements from truck/ System level requirements
• Develop, construct, and validate complex vehicle system-level CAE models using tools such as Ansys.
• Analyze and interpret simulation results to provide actionable insights for design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Power train/ Hydraulic/Structure-Frame/ Cab & truck Integrations teams) to integrate CAE findings into product development cycles.

• B.S. or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in NVH/ vehicle dynamics)
• 5-10 years of working engineering experience on vehicle
• Knowledge and proficiency in Vehicle Dynamics/ NVH
• Basic knowledge and proficiency in some or more of vehicle/automotive technology, manufacturing technology, design/test experience, test practices and procedures.
• Basic proficiency of testing equipment for NVH and its usage.
