Our client is a logistics distribution and supply chain business in the area of Eindhoven. They require interim support in their recruitment activities due to workload needs and some internal change within the company.

Functie

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to selecting the right ones for vacancies
• Write adverts that capture the attention of potential candidates and reflect the core values and culture of the client
• Assess the skills, experience, and fit of potential candidates, and identify suitable candidates for open positions
• Maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Actively seek new recruitment channels and methods to expand and diversify the talent pool.

• Proven experience in all-round recruitment activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience filling vacancies in a variety of areas across different departments
• Fluent in Dutch
• Registered freelance with the KvK
