Dutch speaking applicants will be considered- Strategic Business Partnership:
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their objectives and challenges and provide HR solutions that support and enable business goals. This involves ensuring that HR strategies, programs, and initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy and that clear and commercially focused measurable people plans are in place and leaders are held to account for delivery.
- Organizational Effectiveness:
Critical to future proof the business by ensuring the right people have the right jobs whilst anticipating future talent/skills needs.

Minimum Education Required:
- Relevant degree in HR/Business
- Solid educational foundation in the field of human resources. Relevant coursework such as HR management, organizational behavior, talent management, employment law, compensation and benefits, and strategic HR planning.
Minimum job-related Experience Required:
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience.
- Proven track record of success as HR generalist, balancing vision, drive for results, a learning orientation and employee outcomes across complex teams.
- Translation of global strategies into local in-country human capital plan: Conceptualizes and implements HR strategies, practices, and policies supportive of the organization's growth objectives and aligned to enterprise priorities while bringing in the local nuances.
- Relationship building and influencing: Builds authentic relationships and garners influence as a key thought partner. Influences executive teams to leverage HR programs and initiatives, leads the business discussion of HR and talent issues, facilitates decision-making on business issues related to HR opportunities, and provides ongoing coaching and consultation to support business leader performance.
- People leadership: A magnet for talent who can demonstrate evidence of building high performing and diverse teams. This includes a passion for cultivating talent and helping HR professionals thrive.
- Proven ability to lead a multi-function organization and work in a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to lead through cultural and organizational transformation.
