Our Team
With offices in 23 countries, we support our clients worldwide with transactional services. We cater to both private and public sector clients, providing services ranging from feasibility studies to due diligence and post-deal auditing. In the private sector, we are leaders in energy, industry, real estate, maritime, and aviation, where we facilitate M&A deals and project finance.In the public sector, we have a strong presence in impact investments in developed and emerging economies. Our ability to combine technical, ESG and for some sectors commercial due diligence is greatly valued by our clients. Our website shows a small selection of our due diligence in the energy and maritime sectors, but our track record is much wider in terms of scope, geography and sectors.
You will join our Advisory Group Energy & Processes consisting of about 90 consultants based across several offices in the Netherlands. As frontrunner in energy transition, we combine technical and environmental expertise with management consultancy to provide solutions to support our clients with their strategy and programme for the transition towards a low carbon economy.Our services include transactions and ESG advisory, master planning, project definition and conceptual design, with a focus on energy (electrical and (new) energy carriers), logistics and supply chains.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in Transactional Services for the private sector, your role will be instrumental in driving our business growth. You will lead projects, operate comfortably at the C-level, and guide the team to success. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing technical and ESG due diligence projects, offering strategic guidance to team members, and leading commercial negotiations with clients.You will focus on evaluating complex projects globally, both in M&A and/or project finance. As a senior consultant you will contribute to our marketing and sales strategies design and execution. You build your own business and pipeline, with active acquisition and client management.
What you bring- Demonstrated ability to lead due diligence teams, manage clients, and drive business growth.
- Strong background in technical, environmental, ESG, and/or commercial due diligence, with 10+ years expertise in M&A and project finance in an international context.
- Exceptional client orientation with outstanding networking abilities, capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
- Academic degree in engineering and/or environmental sciences; an MBA or academic degree in finance or economics is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch and other language skills are a plus.
