[ref. w00160320] Inside Sales Manager - BNL region
For us to succeed in digitising the hair and beauty industry through our platform, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to manage our highly driven inside sales team to identify improvement opportunities and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
We’re not stopping anytime soon and have huge growth plans in sight for our BNL market. To ensure we continue scaling at the same rapid rate, we need to dedicate our effort to expanding our high performing inside sales team and educating the industry on how Treatwell can improve the salon experience for both our prospective partners and their clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of (soon to be) 10 Inside Sales Representatives handling inbound leads, appointments and opportunities
- Identifying gaps in where leads are being sourced and presenting solutions on how to approach this with the appropriate stakeholders
- Building a high performing Inside Sales team, with a strong focus on development
- Creating and ensuring sales targets and KPI’s are consistently met by the team
- Providing support on lead generation with relevant teams
- Process creation and improvement across the Inside Sales team
- Hiring, onboarding and training Inside Sales professionals
- Supporting your team in setting up long-term and established relationships with salon partners
- Identifying key metrics that would indicate success within your team and contribute to other sales teams success
- Have previous experience within/leading an Inside Sales team
- Previously demonstrated consistent delivery on sales targets and KPI’s
- You possess a strong focus on business development processes; making them more efficient and driving improvements using data driven evidence
- Experience hiring, on-boarding and training sales professionals
- A proactive mindset, enjoy problem solving and are solution-focused
- An excellent teacher and communicator, with proven success in developing individuals
- Highly organised individual with a passion for building a business and digitising an industry
- A competitive drive that inspires you to contribute your absolute best effort, never settling for ‘good enough’
- Possess the ability to troubleshoot product challenges - understanding user errors, training gaps, or actual product/tech issues
- You are fluent in Dutch & English
