The Treatwell Team is growing, and we’re actively looking for our next stars! You’ll join a dynamic and highly motivated sales team aiming to revolutionize the beauty industry.

As a key player in our commercial development, your mission will be to acquire more Treatwell customers in one of these cities: Breda / Eindhoven / Tilburg. Your goal is to convince professionals in the beauty and wellness industry to join us and use our software to grow their businesses.

From day one, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program spread over several weeks to ensure the best support, allowing you to shine in business development. We ask you to be in Amsterdam for the first 2 weeks to ensure a smooth onboarding; afterwards you will be asked to come to Amsterdam once a week (Monday).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Get out in the field: Visit salons (sometimes spontaneously) to introduce Treatwell and close sales. You'll be involved in the full sales process—from first contact to final signature.
  • Work flexibly: Enjoy the best of both worlds with time spent visiting salons and working from our vibrant office in Amsterdam.
  • Prospect & build relationships: Reach out to potential clients via phone, social media, CRM, and especially face-to-face visits.
  • Manage your own sales: Secure appointments, drive conversations, and handle the entire sales cycle until closing.
  • Support our new partners: Help onboard new clients after they sign up, guiding them through their first steps and teaching them how to use our platform (we’ll train you!).
  • Keep things up-to-date: Update our CRM (Salesforce) with important information (we’ll provide full training on Salesforce).
  • Give valuable feedback: Share insights from the field to improve our sales strategies and help us stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze your performance: Track your progress and aim to exceed your goals—helping you grow and achieve your career aspirations.

Application Process
  1. First, we’ll start with a phone screening to get to know you better.
  2. If we’re both excited, we’ll invite you for an online interview with the hiring manager, which will include a role-play exercise.
  3. If all goes well and we’re eager to move forward, you’ll be invited to a second interview, where you’ll prepare and present a case.
