We're looking for a Frontend Development Intern to help us provide the best user experience for our customers. Working closely with our Product Lead, you will support our UX design projects and help us manage our front-end backlog. The internship will ideally last between 4 to 6 months during which you will be compensated with €400 - €600 a month.
Tasks
What will you do day-to-day:
- Monitor and maintain frontend components of our Shopify marketplace (HTML + CSS + JS)
- Identify and resolve bugs and usability issues
- Assist with frontend performance optimization
- Support visual merchandising initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
MUST:
- Have experience with HTML, CSS, JS (ideally GitHub projects or other work experience evidence, but course certificates work too).
- Be enrolled in a Dutch university or have a Search Year Visa in the Netherlands.
- Have proficient English writing and speaking.
- Be able to come to our office in Amsterdam (hybrid arrangement).
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Experience / affinity with React and TypeScript.
- Experience working with LLMs and LLM-based tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, UX/UI design, food technology.
