What You’ll Do
✔ Develop and execute test plans for aerospace systems, propulsion units, and UAV payloads.✔ Analyze and interpret test data to assess system performance, identifying anomalies and areas for optimization.
✔ Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
✔ Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure high manufacturing standards.
✔ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine testing and assembly processes.
✔ Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety regulations.
✔ Support field testing campaigns, including environmental and real-world operational tests.
✔ Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve assembly processes.
✔ Manage and maintain testing facilities and equipment to ensure precision in every test.
Requirements
✔ Proven experience in aerospace testing, electrical assembly, or related technical fields.✔ Strong skills in wiring harness assembly, soldering small components, and PCB work.
✔ Experience with test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and analysis tools.
✔ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
✔ English proficiency (our working language).
Nice-to-Have:
➕ Experience in explosive testing and kinetics.➕ Familiarity with aerospace regulatory standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-810, etc.).
➕ Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), or propulsion systems.
➕ Hands-on experience in high-volume production environments.
