Position Overview:
As a Process Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing, adjusting, and maintaining production processes to ensure optimal outcomes in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, adjust, and control processes in designated areas, ensuring production aligns with standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Maintenance team to resolve malfunctions efficiently.
- Identify and act on equipment and process deviations, and keep thorough records for shift handovers.
- Prioritize and enforce safety, health, environmental, and quality standards, responding proactively to any potential issues.
- Supervise contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety permits, taking corrective actions as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: MBO 3 (in Operational or Process Technology preferred).
- Experience: Background in the (petro)chemical industry is beneficial.
- Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) and basic Microsoft Office knowledge; experience with mechanical work is a plus.
- Personality: You’re independent, proactive, and have a commitment to safety. You communicate well, ask questions, and bring forward ideas to improve processes.
