Job Description
Are you ready to take your creativity to the next level? Join Dremel’s global marketing team as a Content & Social Media Marketing Intern and immerse yourself in an exciting 12-month journey of creativity, strategy, and hands-on experience. This unique opportunity will allow you to create compelling content that spans across social media, the Dremel website, and global marketing campaigns reaching 90+ international markets.From influencer marketing to crafting storytelling campaigns, you’ll collaborate with an international team of brand managers and creative agencies, bringing your ideas to life.
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of content marketing and social media, contributing to exciting global initiatives. Expect real responsibilities—this is no coffee-run internship! You'll dive into various projects that hone your creative and strategic skills, preparing you for a dynamic career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Ideation: Develop and execute engaging visuals, videos, and written content for social media platforms, the Dremel website, and marketing campaigns across 21 countries.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with brand managers across Europe to align marketing strategies with regional needs, translating brand strategy, trends, and user feedback into compelling storytelling.
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Support the social media process from ideation, production, video editing, and copywriting to posting and performance tracking across 90+ social channels.
- Influencer & UGC Projects: Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns, organizing user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, and maintaining influencer relationship databases.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content performance on social media to optimize engagement strategies.
- Project Management: Help streamline content distribution workflows and maintain social governance to ensure compliance across all channels.
Qualifications
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experienced with content creation and familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
- Proficient in photography, video production, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
- A strong communicator with excellent English skills—written and verbal.
- A creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and visual design.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic about influencer marketing and creating content that resonates with an engaged global community.
- A collaborative team player who also thrives independently.

We offer:
- Diverse full-time internship in a challenging international work environment;
- Internship allowance up to €550,- per month);
- Extra monthly allowance of €450,- for accommodation (in case you have to move to The Netherlands);
