Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions with customers and maintain accurate records in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
  • Engage with customers to foster relationships and promote brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
