Simon-Kucher Amsterdam is looking to strengthen our Recruitment team! Are you ready for a new challenge and eager to become the face of Simon-Kucher? We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to help us achieve our goal: recruiting and selecting new talent for our team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll engage with potential candidates, collaborate with various study and student associations, and serve as the primary contact for recruitment inquiries. Your core responsibilities are listed below, but they may vary based on your experience and strengths.

How you will create an impact:

  • Collaborate with the team to attract and engage top talent through smart marketing, high-quality events, and business dinners.
  • Develop networking skills and build strong relationships with Dutch universities, study associations, student organizations, and other (online) talent pools.
  • Coordinate the application process, including CV selection, interview scheduling, and maintaining good communication with candidates.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the recruitment approach to attract the best top talent.
  • Keep recruitment tools (e.g. databases, event calendars, and event planning tools) and online channels (e.g. company profiles, social media) up to date.

Your profile:

  • You don’t need prior work experience (though 1-2 years is a plus).
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • You are service-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team but are also self-motivated.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are confident in expressing your judgement.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate confidence, maturity, and professionalism.
  • You are willing to travel and work outside standard office hours.
  • You are familiar with the student life.
  • You have an HBO or WO level of education or mindset.
